Our Video Lessons
Short snapshots of how we teach, taught by us — Mat and Alicia — in the same words we use in the room in Winslow. They live on our YouTube channel, free to watch and with no sign-up.
Everything Is on Our YouTube Channel
The channel is where all of it lives, and it is growing in three directions: 11+ lessons, one question type at a time; Maths and English for Years 1 to 6; and straight-talking videos for parents. Nothing is gated — no account, no email address, no sign-up.
Subscribe and new lessons arrive as they are published, which is the simplest way to keep up — we film them in the order we teach them.
What the Videos Are, and What They Are Not
Each one is a snapshot of a single method, explained once. That is genuinely useful for revision, for a reminder before an assessment, or for extra practice on something your child finds hard — and it is not the lesson.
A video cannot see what your child is writing, cannot mark it, and cannot change tack when a method is not landing. Every group session is taught by both of us, with never more than six pupils, precisely so that those three things happen each week. Watch a video to revisit a method; come to a session to learn one.

A Few to Start With
